Talking Point: the AI that answers your visitors

A kiosk with a button. Visitors ask in their own language, a character your venue designed answers with speech and video. Your team stops repeating itself.

Speaks the visitor’s languageAsk in Dutch, French, English or one of twenty others; the reply comes back in the same language.
Answers only from your materialTrained on your documents, videos and tone of voice. When it does not know, it says so and points to a colleague.
Reports what was askedA weekly e-mail with what visitors asked and in which language, without anyone exporting a thing.

The problem

The same twenty questions, a thousand times a week

While your staff answers these on repeat, the visitor who really needs a human is waiting.

“Where are the toilets?”wayfinding
“What time do you close?”schedule
“Is there parking nearby?”practical
“How much is a family ticket?”pricing
“Is it wheelchair accessible?”accessibility
“Can I bring my dog?”rules and policies

The product demo

Every Talking Point runs on this system, with its own face, voice and backstory. No app, no QR code, no typing.

Example one

heyWowza greets every visitor at Technopolis

The Talking Point at the entrance of the science centre in Mechelen, since February 2026.

The heyWowza Talking Point at the Technopolis entrance with children gathered in front of the screen

5,012 conversations in the first nine days

Technopolis wrote Wowza’s personality, a visitor decided it looks like a donut, and we read every conversation. The biggest category was not toilets or tickets but visitors trying to understand the exhibits. Average reply: 3.2 seconds.

It gets cheaper as it goes

The more Wowza is asked, the more answers it serves from memory: six times cheaper and three times faster than a fresh one, same quality. A Talking Point is a colleague whose first week is its worst.

Review: the collaboration with LMLM went remarkably smoothly, and our AI Talking Point visibly improved in speed and accuracy. Suzanne Verheyen, Programming Manager, Technopolis
Example two

AI Loes, the digital reception colleague at Zwin Natuur Park

The face and voice of Loes, who also works at the reception of the nature park in Knokke-Heist.

A colleague visitors already know

The park did not want a generic avatar, so the Talking Point got the portrait and voice of a real team member. She answers the park questions in four languages, with live captions, on a tall screen next to the real desk, and a weekly report makes her a little smarter every week.

Built for the busy days

In one July week she took 229 questions, and the reception staff kept their hands free for the visitors who needed a person.
